On the way to school this morning, we were having the "what are we doing for lent discussion". You can always rely on someone to say, "I'll give up school for lent". We then had the standard responses of, go to Mass, say more prayers, read the bible, give up sweets, give up computer games etc. Teresa (4) fought and fought to have her say, and finally managed to spit out, after many interruptions "we should give up doing anger!" Food for thought indeed.
The fool blurts out every angry feeling,
but the wise subdues and restrains them. Proverbs 29:11
