Another Good Day at Pope's Quay

Some good news, amidst the chaos of these days. Today five men have received their Dominican habits at Pope's Quay, in Cork city. They are now ready to being their first year of novitiate. May God bless them, and those responsible for their formation.

A Prayer
You gift me with all the good gifts that make me the person you created me to be. Help me to know and find your will and to trust that you will help me to understand the path you call me to journey in life. Where there is doubt give me courage. Give me a heart open to your quiet voice so I can hear your call to me. Help me to know your faithfulness and help me to be faithful to that which you call me to. Amen.

Praised be God. We continue to pray for more true vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life. I look forward to their coming to St Saviour's, Dominick St (my parish) next year. Brother Adam has been in the same prayer group as my son, and I've met him, so I'm especially pleased about his joining the Dominican's novitiate. I shall pray for them all.
